This is OK. The changelog entry should describe the functions which
changed; if you want to include an overall "purpose of this change"
comment, it goes at the top. Like this:
Bring mi-support in line with gdb.exp.
* lib/mi-support.exp (default_mi_gdb_start): Rename from mi_gdb_start.
(mi_gdb_start): New function.
