Depending how much of the test was based on another, the dates may be
appropriate. The contributed-by notice is not - and the mailing list
isn't either; we should really strip all the prep.ai.mit.edu
references one of these days.
There's more per-test boilerplate that can go too, e.g. the tracelevel
stuff and clearing prms_id.
