[RFA/testsuite/ada] New test for packed arrays

This is also the test required by Elena for checking in a change in
dwarf2read.c (http://sources.redhat.com/ml/gdb-patches/2004-11/msg00501.html).

        * gdb.ada/packed_array/pa.adb: New file.
        * gdb.ada/packed_array.exp: New testcase.

Tested on x86-linux.
