Yes, thanks.  One comment:

"ie." should be "i.e.@:".  (The "@:" part is so TeX doesn't think the
period ends a sentence, and does not typeset extra whitespace after
the period, as it does at the end of a sentence.)

Thanks for the tip.  Changed and committed.

I spotted another use of "ie." which I will fix 
as a separate check-in.
