To be able to compile gdb-4-17.86 on sysV68 R3V7.1, I needed to apply the
following patches :
1) In gdb

2) In gdb/testsuite

Thanks for the report! I'll get the ctype.h additions in. The
testsuite tweak was already done, but only on the trunk, not in the
4.18 branch, I'll take care of that too.
