Actually this isn't strictly my idea. In Emacs, when you do `C-x 4 a'
(add-change-log-entry-other-window) at the point where the change is made,
it automatically puts "(struct language_specific):" into the ChangeLog.

Presumably Eclipse has it's own configuration file somewhere and this is
something I don't like about Eclipse (there are lots of thing that I do like
and that are better than Emacs). It would be nice if Eclipse could just work
from a directory and a standard Makefile so that, if you wanted, you could just
transfer to another development tool (perhaps on a different platform).
