[pushed] Make print_target_wait_results print the whole ptid

Makes "set debug infrun 1" a bit clearer.  Before:

infrun: target_wait (-1, status) =
 infrun:   6299 [Thread 0x7ffff7fc1700 (LWP 6340)],

after:

 infrun: target_wait (-1.0.0, status) =
 infrun:   7233.7237.0 [Thread 0x7ffff7fc1700 (LWP 7237)],
