Hello,

Same as on the branch - now that the 7.7 branch has been created,
below are a couple patches I am about to push on branch master.

[release/HEAD 1/2] Bump version to 7.7.50.DATE-cvs.

Now that the GDB 7.7 branch has been created, we can
bump the version number.
