Yes, well spotted. There was a bug in my scripts, which automatically
create the ChangeLog entries for me. To deal with the formatting later,
I had hardcoded the date, and forgot to fix it. It should now generate
the correct date. Thanks! :)
For the record, I fixed that instance on master, and the 3 on the
branch.
