[commit/www] schedule page update after 7.3.1 release

Now that the 7.3.1 release is out, I updated the schedule page.
While working on this, I also fixed a typo that Vladimir reported
on gdb@.

I see the estimate and schedule for 7.3 were 2011-03 and the actual date was 
2011-07-26.  I don't understand how that gives a slip of one month.  Should it 
be a four month slip?

Another error (I hate that page - one of these days, I will turn it
into a script and a readable data file). Now fixed.  Thanks for letting
me know.
