Hello All,
the appended patch disables libgloss for mips64*-*-linux* and does some
minor cleanups.

for mipstx39-*-*, this allows gprof builds for mipstx39-linux builds.
Disable libgloss for mips64*-*-linux*.

Probably not. AFAIU, your patch kicks out mipstx39-rtems. This target is
still in use for gdb.
