[PATCH] rs6000-tdep.c: Change sizeof(long double) for SysV ABI

I've just committed the patch below.  (I noticed that we had it wrong
while reading through the ABI docs.)

	* rs6000-tdep.c (rs6000_gdbarch_init): For the SysV ABI, set
	the size of ``long double'' to 16, instead of 8.
