[PATCH] aix-thread.c: Don't use strerror() or realloc()

I've just committed the following changes...

	* aix-thread.c (ptrace_check): Use safe_strerror() instead of
	strerror().
	(pdc_realloc): Use xrealloc() instead of realloc().
