It is easier to attach to - the original finishes too quickly. But,
I still haven't been able to reproduce the problem that you're seeing.
(I tried both the 5.1 branch and the current development sources on
a stock Red Hat 7.2 machine.)
Is there some particular glibc or kernel version that I need to use?
