The last time I did this with Apple's sources, Andrew wanted the  
same.  I sent some e-mail to the gdb list proclaiming that everything  
contained in the tarball was hereby assigned to the FSF, by the  
authority vested in me.  (what authority did I have?  None, but it  
was all for appearances as we had a blanket assignment for our gdb  
work on file already.)
