Thanks for the info. About the copyright assignment:
I did this already a long time ago, but when I remember
correct, I got no response. It might be lost, so I sent it
today again.

Hi all,

Since I subscribed to that list here only some
days ago, I'm not so familar with it and I have some
question.

I have sent now some time ago some patches
here. How long does it take by default to get a positive or
negative response or, what should I assume, if
I get no answer. Should I assume, that the patch
will be applied if the gdb maintainer will have the
time to do it or should I assume that the patch will
not be applied?

Please do not understand me wrong. I know that
maintaining such a large package like gdb is not
a trivial job and that it is very time consuming. I simply
want to know, if I have still have to wait or not.

Maybe it might be also good, to place the information
I might get as answer to my questions here to the
web-page, where the gdb-patches mailing list is described
and so others, who might have the same questions will
find the answer already there.

Robert
