As suggested by Pedro,
I finally split this patch into
several pieces, and also simplified it.
Part 1: Adapt win32-low.c to 64-bit architecture
Part 2: Add 64-bit parts to win32-i386-low.c
(I completely removed the file renaming and new files).
Part 3: Add 'x86_64-*-mingw*' pattern to configure.srv
Part 4: Add build_gdbserver=yes to same pattern at gdb level.
I hope these smaller patches will be easier to review.

Nobody reacted to this part of
one of my emails.
At one point, someone said, that a
new gdbserver port should be reported in NEWS.
Eli, maybe you have a better idea for
the wording?
