I guess you'll have to delete the modules manually under /lib/modules/$(uname -r)/extra /lib/modules/$(uname -r)/extra/lib /lib/modules/$(uname -r)/extra/probes I'm wondering if it could be a conflict with your distribution's lttng-modules-dkms package...
