As you may know, there will be a Tracing Mini Summit held just before
LinuxCon this summer, on Monday August 9 2010, in Boston.

Given your implication in this area, we would greatly appreciate if you
could join us there and possibly propose a presentation about your
latest results and upcoming plans. Heavily multicore systems with all
the associated complexity are upon us and good tracing tools are more
important than ever. Fortunately, tracing tools are progressing nicely
both for generating (ftrace, perf, systemtap, lttng) and for analyzing
traces (Eclipse Linux Tools, Tracing and Monitoring Framework). It is
thus highly productive to exchange ideas and collaborate to further
improve, interoperate and combine in a best of breed fashion these tools.
