[lttng-dev] [RFC Patch] Bump LTTNG_MODULES_ABI_MINOR_VERSION to 5

Pushed into lttng-modules master. You will want to update
src/common/kernel-ctl/kernel-ioctl.h in lttng-tools as well to
keep those files in sync.
