FWIW, I'd prefer the GDB docs to live in the manuals, not in the Wiki. If there are entries in the Wiki that describe GDB usage or development/hacking, but aren't appropriate for the mainstream manuals, we could start a new manual, say gdb-faq.texi, and maintain all those nits there.
