How to delete all breakpoints when exact numbers list is unknown?
Giving range argument results in many error messages:
(gdb) delete breakpoints 0-100
No breakpoint number 0.
No breakpoint number 5.
No breakpoint number 6.
...
No breakpoint number 98.
No breakpoint number 99.
No breakpoint number 100.
