Andrew suggested posting this here.

Once a few gettext patches have gone in, I'd like to have pure
string-wrapping patches (those that don't change the logic of the code
in any other way) be considered obvious, so that I can just check them
in.  I'll continue to submit other patches as usual.

Comments?  Objections?
