Subject: "GDB remote protocol?"

Message-ID: <52BBA75459915749B68F93B604B636CD217D@neptune.TidalNetworks.net> (raw)

Hi

Under .../gdb/gdb subdirectories( release v6.1), there are six targets
that use the gdb remote protocols and those targets have their
corresponding *-stub.c file.

For other targets, I found out files with names of *-remote.c such as
file remote-mips.c. Does remote-mips.c use the GDB remote protocol or
other protocol specialized for MIPS vendors?

Thanks
