Subject: Target description specified unknown architecture "powerpc:common"
Date: Wed, 26 Aug 2009 17:44:00 -0000 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <4A956FD1.90700@lpdev.prtdev.lexmark.com> (raw)
Hi,
I've recently updated my gdb from 6.6 to a very recent snapshot (GNU
gdb (GDB) 6.8.50.20090817-cvs)
and ran into the problem below when attempting to connect to my remote
target. I'm guessing its a configuration
problem, but haven't been able to find any clues.
gdb: host is ix86-Linux-RHEL4, target: powerpc-750-linux-gnu
gdbserver: --host=powerpc-750-linux-gnu
Thanks,
John
