Subject: from gdbserver/mem-break.c: unnecessary line
Date: Tue, 16 Jan 2007 11:35:00 -0000	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <45ACB867.5010408@de.ibm.com> (raw)

Hi,

I copied the following function from gdbserver/mem-break.c.

What about this line: (*bp->handler) (bp->pc);
That doesn't have any effect, does it ?

<schnipp>

int
check_breakpoints (CORE_ADDR stop_pc)
{
  struct breakpoint *bp;

  bp = find_breakpoint_at (stop_pc);
  if (bp == NULL)
    return 0;
  if (bp->reinserting)
    {
      warning ("Hit a removed breakpoint?");
      return 0;
    }

  (*bp->handler) (bp->pc);
  return 1;
}

<schnapp>

Regards,
Markus
