I'd like to propose that

	Kevin Buettner
	Elena Zannoni
	Eli Zaretskii

be added to the global write maintainers list.

Each of these people have, over the years, contributed significantly to 
GDB's ongoing development.

Assuming no objections, I'll make the change in a few days.
