Sorry, ignore me.  I need to check my facts.

When rolling out 5.0.92 I noticed the process was messing with more 
files than I thought it should (from memory it left a Makefile in 
src/gdb/gdbserver and touched some files in src/gdb/doc).  I'll let you 
know the details once I'm looking at a 5.0.93 draft.
