Since I'm not doing any remote debugging (at the present time), I can't
actually test this patch. At any rate, thank you for ifdefing out the
offending code; it builds for arm-elf now.

Debugging is twice as hard as writing the code in the first place.
Therefore, if you write the code as cleverly as possible, you are,
by definition, not smart enough to debug it.
