FWIW: GDB built succesfully on the following targets:
- sparc-solaris 2.5, 2.8 & 2.9
- hppa-hpux11
- hppa64-hpux11
- alpha-tru64 4.0f & 5.1a
- mips-irix 6.5
- powerpc-aix 4.3.2 & 5.1
I had fair results with the testsuite (numbers in the usual range). The
only platform where I saw a noticeable number of regressions between the
release candidate and the branch as of ~ Aug 10 is powerpc-aix. Will
have a look when/if I have some time...
