Subject: remote protocol restart

Hi all,
I'm working on a remote debugger for a target (C4x) using the extended-remote protocol. I have one question:
I see the 'r' and 'R' (restart) commands exists. How do you issue them from gdb? (What do you need to type)
Happy new year everybody (at least very soon),
