While applying rsandifo's vr.igen patch i noticed:

2003-02-27  Andrew Cagney  <cagney@redhat.com>

        * interp.c (sim_open): 
        (sim_create_inferior): 

in the ChangeLog file.

Andrew, could you fix that?  8-)
