Here's another datum: see the thread "[patch/rfc] Remove all
setup_xfail's from testsuite/gdb.mi/" in gdb-patches, and in
particular message
<http://sources.redhat.com/ml/gdb-patches/2003-01/msg00612.html> where
Daniel and Fernando both argue that XFAIL should be used for external
bugs (even if they have GDB PR's) and where you, perhaps reluctantly,
acquiesce.
