There too, but IMHO it's too obscure a place to describe a major issue
like program invocation.  I'd say mention it in "Invoking GDB", then
under the description of the "-tui" option in "Mode Options" (and add
a "@pindex tui" [or whatever we eventually decide to call the program]
in the latter place), in addition to "GDB Text User Interface".
