commit e2a92b16496f418e3c2c3b69eb5203b0b335df87
Author: Peter Bergner <bergner@vnet.ibm.com>

Update ISA 3.0 / POWER9 gdb tests to match GAS test cases.
* gdb.arch/powerpc-power.s: Update Power9 instruction tests
and sync up the test with tests in gas/testsuite/gas/ppc.
* gdb.arch/powerpc-power.exp: Likewise.
