Here's another regression since the last release, which should be fixed prior to the release: "maintenance set target-async off" is broken on GNU/Linux https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=26642 I'm starting to look into it, though I'm not sure I'll get to the bottom of it quickly.
