At Jim Blandy's suggestion, I pinged him personally on Wednesday.  Let's
give him a week or so to respond.

I'm still trying to be patient, but it's hard because I'm really excited
about finally getting DWARF 2 working on Cygwin.  It's been a year
and a half or more of *very* off and on work :-D (mostly off, ha, ha).
