Thanks a lot for the help. Attaching the patch after the Changelog

 	* aixthread.c: Call ptrace64 instead of ptracex if defined.
  	Call ptrace64 instead of ptrace if defined.
  	Add macro addr_ptr to take care of ptrace address arguement.
