Define "all". :-) "user-defined" formerly had a very specific meaning, and now it doesn't. Still, IWBN to be able to put a python-implemented command in class_user, and list them all. The documentation needs to make clear that "user" means "those commands defined in class_user" and not any command defined by the user.
