A series was posted (by me) to update our sources to version 6.3 but
was never committed.

Since readline 7.0 alpha is out, I think we might as well sync
straight to it now that GDB 7.10 is branched.  And we can quickly sync
subsequent alpha/beta releases of readline 7.0 as they get released. A
big advantage of syncing straight to readline 7.0 is that this is the
first version contains all of GDB's currently local patches to
readline so we won't have to worry about reapplying any local patches.

I'll try to get a patchset ready for tomorrow, assuming readline 7.10
does not cause any major regressions from 6.3.
