Thanks, LGTM, with a minor nit:
> +Usage: backtrace [QUALIFIERS]... [COUNT]\n\
I should have suggested "[QUALIFIER]..." (singular).
The "..." already indicates you can have multiple instances.
The output of
$ grep -rn "]\.\.\." -rn
seems to agree.
and so does "ls --help", etc.
