Oops, sorry.  I changed it to:

    The basic problem is that OPCODES_CFLAGS uses -I$(OPCODES_SRC)/..  so
    that #include "opcodes/..." works.  However, this also makes it so the
    #include <readline/...> includes are found in the srcdir.
