You mean, this?

    @item -c @var{number}
    Connect to process ID @var{number}, as with the @code{attach} command

If so, it's not entirely the same: the first -c says "-c FILE", the
second says "-c NUMBER".  In your case, both say "-p NUMBER", so I
think it's confusing to have both of them.
