Thanks. But please keep the .C extensions (Capital `C'), so that on
systems that preserve letter-case in file names (MS-Windows) the
files are still identified as C++ files.
(Actually, it's better to have a .cc extension for C++ files, but
perhaps there are valid reasons not to.)
