At the beginning, I think this is caused by locale but the experiment later shows that setting locale doesn't change anything (the subject becomes misleading). I should change the subject to "Different output affected by host", and probably go back to use the patch to relax the pattern to set cent "(\\\\242|\u00A2)" -- Yao (齐尧)
