As I'm not hearing any support for the point of view I've presented in the follow up discussions of this patch, I'll just forget about it, and I'll go apply the original one instead. That one doesn't really change GDB's behavior, other than making output a little clearer. We can always reconsider the other idea if we want to. -- Pedro Alves
