Yeah, that is more precise.  We do have some gdbarch hook methods, such 
as gdbarch_skip_trampoline_code, gdbarch_get_syscall_number, 
gdbarch_skip_solib_resolver, they are about the cpu/os (or runtime lib) 
combination.
