Open source indeed, the complete project brings Cortex-M4F Floating
Point architectural support to eCos <http://ecos.sourceware.org> and the
stub is part of that.

Fine. I have the same board. I am in Skopje, Macedonia GMT+2(with DST,
otherwise GMT+1).
