[PATCH] Maintainer of cr16 simulator

Hello,

I have added myself as maintainer for cr16 simulator port and updated the 
sim/MAINTAINERS file.

Could you please review and approve the patch attached with this e-mail.

I already completed the FSF paper work on gdb simulator contribution (RT333793).
