Make arm-wince use solib-target.

Hi,

This is the patch to make the arm-wince port use solib-target.c
as its solib support.

Windows CE, being a PE target, has nothing to do with svr4
solibs - that got in through blind copy&pasting :)

	* arm-wince-tdep.c (arm_wince_init_abi): Remove svr4 related call.
	* config/arm/wince.mt (TDEPFILES): Remove solib-legacy.o and
	solib-svr4.o, and add solib-target.o
